We first found Tamank Lao. It is said that it is a relatively advanced Lao cuisine restaurant. There are also branches in Vientiane. The restaurant environment and dishes are very good. After lunch, I went to the Nankang River and saw this cooking school. Unfortunately, I couldn&#39;t eat it anymore. So the taste reviews are also introduced. 去以前打算一定要吃到老挝菜，做攻略选了三家餐馆。一是湄公河边的Boungnasouk；二是洋人街的Tamank Lao ；三就是这家Bamboo Tree Restaurant and Cooking School，据称这里同时也是一家烹饪学校，有着一流的老挝菜。我们最先找到了Tamank Lao ，据介绍是 一家比较高级的老挝菜餐厅，在万象也有分店，餐馆环境和菜品都很不错。吃过午餐后走到南康河边，才看见这家烹饪学校，可惜已经吃不下了。所以口味的点评也是根据介绍了。希望以后有机会去品尝。

 在老挝，适合慢生活，每天走街串巷吃吃喝喝，吃到了各种有意思的当地美食。有湄公河边氛围十足的创意老挝菜，也有隐藏在巷子里的温馨小店，还有环境破烂价格巨便宜的当地人吃饭的地方。把我喜欢的10家店分享给大家～都在琅勃拉邦哟！1⃣️Bamboo Tree Lao：南康河边的老挝特色菜，坐在临街的座位欣赏河景是琅勃拉邦特有的浪漫。推荐2号和5号餐，炒粉和冬阴功都好好吃哦。人均80+。2⃣️Khiem Khan Barbecue：最最强烈推荐的一家老挝烤肉！真正本地人吃烤肉的地方，人均20+元可以吃肉吃到撑，关键是也很好吃！那个晚上店里除了我们没有游客，只有几个本地人。老板娘也很nice，加的粉条免费送给我。我们都很惊讶这么便宜怎么赚钱呀，只能多给些小费。店里还有只可爱的狗狗，真是好温馨的回忆。3⃣️Phonheuang Cafe：安静巷子里的街角宝藏小店，往来食客络绎不绝。提供一些简单的当地食物，点了炸春卷米粉米饭都还不错。人均30。4⃣️Tamarind：餐厅风格与Bamboo Tree比较相似，基本上老挝特色食物在这里都能吃到。套餐的菜品很丰富，还有特色酒和甜品，餐厅装潢也很可爱。人均80+。5⃣️Saffron coffee：湄公河边的咖啡店，有各种简餐，可以安排一顿brunch或下午茶，有河边和室内的座位，很多人在这里消磨时光。人均50。6⃣️夜市里的无名烧烤摊：这家是夜市尽头的倒数第二家摊贩，烤鸡翅五花肉烤鱼都好香哦。旁边摊位的水果奶昔真是绝了，2w基普一杯超浓郁，让我念念不忘每天都想喝。7⃣️街边米粉店：这家不起眼的小店位置在My Ban Lao 这家酒店出门往右走再右转再右转的街边，跟着这个路线就对了。很多当地人在这里吃米粉，有三种汤底，推荐椰子味汤底很好吃，可以加各种猪肚心肺之类的东西。人均10-15。8⃣️早市里的米粉店：早市上随缘遇见的店铺，来老挝一定要吃米粉啊，随便找一家都不踩雷。猪肉米粉折合人民币10元一碗，牛肉约14元。9⃣️Dada Cafe：在拉邦喝到的最好喝的咖啡店，拿铁10元一杯，坐在门口看着湄公河，太舒服了。🔟Joma Bakery：当地挺有名的咖啡店，面包好吃。在拉邦有2家店，更喜欢不在洋人街的这家环境。 #老挝琅勃拉邦 #老挝美食 #东南亚美食

The grilled chicken wings and pork roast fish are so fragrant. The fruit milkshake at the stall next to it is really amazing. The 2w Kip cup is super rich, so I don&rsquo;t forget to drink it every day. 7⃣️ Street Rice Noodle Shop: This inconspicuous shop is located in My Ban Lao.
